Privacy Policy – Shiftpage
Shiftpage respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Shiftpage mobile application.

2. Local Data Storage
Your Shiftpage data is stored locally on your device using storage provided by the operating system.
Shiftpage does not require a user account and does not operate its own cloud database for storing your personal shift, attendance, salary, reminder, or schedule information.
Shiftpage may use an Apple App Group shared container so that the main application and its widgets can access relevant information locally on the same device.
We do not upload your locally stored Shiftpage data to our own servers.
3. Accounts and Registration
Shiftpage does not require:
- A Shiftpage account.
- User registration.
- A username or password.
- A Shiftpage cloud account.
Because no Shiftpage account is created, we do not maintain a remote user profile containing your locally entered app data.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Shiftpage may offer a monthly auto-renewable subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
Shiftpage may receive limited purchase-related information required to determine whether paid access is active, including:
- Product identifier.
- Purchase or subscription status.
- Entitlement status.
- Subscription expiration information when available.
Shiftpage does not receive or store your full payment card number, Apple Account password, or other payment credentials.
Payment and transaction information processed by Apple is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
5. Internet Connection
Most Shiftpage features are designed to work without an internet connection.
An internet connection may be required for certain functions provided by Apple, including:
- Purchasing a monthly subscription.
- Purchasing lifetime access.
- Restoring purchases.
- Verifying or refreshing purchase entitlement information.
- Loading current App Store product information and prices.
Opening external links such as this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use may also require an internet connection.
6. Notifications
Shiftpage may request permission to send local notifications for shifts, attendance, reminders, time-related alerts, and other features enabled by the user.
These notifications are scheduled using the operating system on your device.
Shiftpage may use the device's local time and time zone to display notifications at the appropriate time.
Shiftpage does not use GPS location to determine your location.
Shiftpage does not use a developer-operated remote push notification server to send your personal shift or schedule information.
You can change notification permissions at any time through your device settings.
7. Widgets
Shiftpage provides widgets that may display information from the app.
Information required by the widgets is shared locally between Shiftpage and its widget extension using Apple's App Group technology.
This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to our own servers.
8. Images and PDF Files
Shiftpage may allow you to generate, save, or share reports and summaries as images or PDF files.
These files are created from information inside the app at your request.
Shiftpage does not automatically upload these generated files to servers operated by us.
9. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Shiftpage does not contain third-party advertising.
Shiftpage does not use third-party behavioral advertising or tracking services to track your activity across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Shiftpage does not sell your personal information.
Shiftpage does not rent your personal information to third parties.
Shiftpage does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission for advertising tracking.
10. Sharing of Information
We do not share your locally stored shift, attendance, schedule, reminder, or salary information with advertisers or data brokers.
Certain information may be processed by Apple when you voluntarily use Apple services such as App Store purchases, subscriptions, purchase restoration, and other operating-system services.
Apple handles such information according to its own privacy practices and policies.
11. External Links
Shiftpage may contain links to websites outside the application, including:
- The Shiftpage Privacy Policy website.
- Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement / Terms of Use.
When you open an external website, the website operator and your browser may process technical information according to their own privacy policies.
Shiftpage does not control third-party websites.
12. Data Retention
Locally stored information remains on your device until you delete or reset the relevant information within Shiftpage, use the app's data reset feature, or delete the application, subject to the storage and backup behavior of your device and operating system.
Resetting local app data does not cancel or erase purchases associated with your Apple Account.
Purchase records maintained by Apple are subject to Apple's own data retention policies.
13. Data Deletion
Shiftpage includes an option to reset locally stored app data.
You may also remove locally stored application data by deleting the app from your device, subject to the operating system's backup and storage behavior.
Because Shiftpage does not maintain a user account or developer-operated cloud database containing your personal app data, there is generally no remote Shiftpage account data for us to delete.
Purchases and subscriptions associated with your Apple Account must be managed through Apple.
14. Data Security
Shiftpage is designed to minimize data collection by keeping app information locally on your device whenever possible.
However, no device, software, network, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device, device passcode, Apple Account, and device backups.
15. Children's Privacy
Shiftpage is not specifically directed to children under the age required to independently consent to digital services in their jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly operate a system designed to collect personal information from children through user accounts, advertising profiles, or developer-operated servers.
16. International Users
Shiftpage may be available in multiple countries and regions.
Because the app stores its primary user-created data locally on the device rather than on our servers, we do not independently transfer that locally stored app data between countries.
Apple services used for purchases and other platform functions may process information according to Apple's applicable policies and infrastructure.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Shiftpage, legal requirements, or platform requirements.

3. Annual Subscription
Full access to Reminder Planner-Time may require an annual auto-renewable subscription.

The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled in accordance with Apple’s App Store subscription rules and settings.

- Custom day-by-day repeating pattern: build any repeating sequence by adding Morning, Evening, Night, and Off entries in any order. Individual items can be removed from the pattern before saving.
- Work duration can be configured in hours.
- Off duration can be configured in hours.
- Supports long continuous shifts that cross multiple calendar days.
